Custom built 174" mahogany Chippendale dining table - professional office conference table This custom built reproduction table was made in Brooklyn, New York for a 14 chair capacity plus with two hidden built-in attached expandable leaf ends. The table leaves are non-detachable as they run along built in tracks supported by the table ends. Simply lift, pull out by carved open handles and pop up extensions, no handling of loose parts. Safely store back, hidden into table bottom. Measures : Table ( closed ) : 130" length Table ( opened two leaves ) : 174" extended length Table width : 66" wide Table height : 30" A versatile furniture piece that can be used for smaller dining at 10 or as large as 14 chairs or more depending on the size of your chairs and placement. Two grand dining room arm chairs can be displayed on each end with extra room on both sides of leaf expansion for an additional two on each side if needed making it upwards of 18 seats if preferred. Ten chairs fit on either side when closed. Truly an alternate design for accompanying a few different seating arrangements. The table is large enough to be used as a conference table for professional offices. Deep brown Mahogany color with fine wood carved molding, scroll patterns and silhouette lines, a rectangle shape with finished detail emblem corners. Adorned with ornate scroll foliage cut outs for handles and decoration on all sides. Rosettes over the sculpted legs and scalloped hem edge are detailed on every side. The two tabletop extension-leaves are fitted with custom mitered scallop pattern to fit perfectly at seams when in use. Included are the full size table (leaves built in), custom felted tabletop pads for protecting the tabletop, sized in closed - smaller position when not in use. Chairs not included. Custom made Chippendale Dining table with built in expandable leaves on each end, the table has mitered pattern on leaf seam connections, making this table a remarkable statement piece, made with exquisite workmanship. Mahogany wood with slight red-brown tone is carved on four sides with cut out scroll pattern of floral bouquet and foliage. The extension leaves are stored in the bottom of the table when closed. Simply pull-out leaves on track for both heads of table and click into place. Very good preowned condition for consigned estate on the north shore of Kings Point, Long Island. Some slight surface wear to tabletop due to use over time as shown in the photo. Overall condition is very good. Pictured in a modern estate setting, this piece goes well with traditional, classic and contemporary home styles and decor of Victorian, Art Nouveau, Regal Castles. Can be paired with modern fabric chairs or accented in modern home or office, where old meets new settings. A strong, well built table, completely functional and structurally sound furniture.

Wear consistent with age and use. The wooden table is in very good preowned condition, no cracks, structurally sound furniture in working order. Some slight surface wear as shown in the photo, overall very good condition. Included table pads show signs of normal wear due to usage.
