About the Item

A Louis XVI dining table in acajou mahogany with two leaves. Leaves are not in acajou mahogany and probably of a later date. The table opens to hold more than two leaves, so additional leaves could be fabricated and the table could open to 96" overall. Closed completely, the table measures 22 1/2" deep, 47 1/2" wide. Open with the two demilune drops, the table is 43" W x 47 1/2" D Open with both leaves inserted. Measures: 64" L x 47 1/2" W x 29 1/2" H The legs are octagonal shaped ending in brass sabot with casters.
