About the Item

This is a mahogany drop-leaf table made in the Leighton Hall shop. It is ideal for the dining area of an apartment or condo or in a breakfast area. It features a field of swirly crotch mahogany with Pau Ferro and Satinwood borders. The legs are made in the Hepplewhite style with a square tapered shape. The leaves are supported by additional square tapered legs which fold down when the leaves are extended. This table is very versatile with zero, one or both leaves extended. It features our medium brown mahogany color and our standard semigloss hand rubbed and polished sheen. Dimensions: Height: 30 inches; Approx. size with leaves lowered: 40 inches x 26 inches; Approx. Size with both leaves extended: 40 inches x 72 inches. Approximate Spacing between legs for chairs: Spacing between center legs: 18 inches; Spacing between center leg and end leg (side spacing on leaf): 18 3/4 inches: Spacing between end legs: 24 1/2 inches. This table can be purchased as shown or it can be customized to your specifications. Options include: Widths and lengths, top configurations and finish.
