About the Item
Distinctive and rare Hollywood regency brass and glass dining table made in the manner and style of Maison Jansen. The large table features a solid brass base with equestrian motif horse head supports. The base has six cabriole shaped legs ending with hoof feet. The legs are conjoined by shaped stretchers. The base measures 69 inches wide and 29 inches deep and is topped with a 7 foot long pane of thick oval shaped glass having an ogee decorative edge. Beautifully finished details with a lovely aged brass patina and dramatic profile. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
