The A-symmetry series of hybrid furniture is the result of a research on the perfect proportions between 2 natural materials: wood and stone. Despite very different characteristics, the graphic and visual mass of the material, its weight, colour and grain are perfectly balanced through a correct and controlled design. Materials and volumes respond to each other and merge, intertwine and become one.
The architecture of the object is made up of 2 perfectly identical shapes that are interlocked one inside the other in an inverted way, the balance of shapes and the simplicity of details give the illusion of perfect symmetry.
