Outstanding Elaborate Antique Inlaid Burled Marquetry Dining Table
About the Item
A large oval burled table with overall elaborate marquetry decoration. With a two-tone banded top with floral scrolled marquetry elements, some with musical motifs. The center with a large medallion with pale foliate scrolls and pendant shield motifs in another tone. The apron with coordinating foilate scrolls as well. Raised on six heavy, faceted legs decorated with scrolls on the bulbous tops and and pendant flowers on the facets. The turned lower legs on brass peg feet. Overall surfaces in fine condition. With separate casters. With four leaves.
L. 71", Depth 58", H. 31", each leaf 19 3/4"
Condition: Please see all detail photos. The overall condition is very good with signs of age including some light scratches, nicks and slight craquelure on the top with the table presenting very well.
