About the Item
Fabulous and hard to find pair of vintage bamboo dining table bases of hexagonal form, in the Brighton Pavilion or Chinese Chippendale style. This handcrafted pair of table bases feature a caned top and a burnt bamboo finish with a lovely aged patina. The sides of the table bases are decorated with a wonderful open fretwork design on each panel. The two bases will accommodate a single large rectangular glass top, or they may be used separately with a round glass top to serve as a breakfast table or a center table. The versatile 30" high fretwork tables can also serve as side tables.
