About the Item
Round dining table, elm, Europe, 1960s.
This remarkable table holds a strong expression due to several aspects that are all typical for European Midcentury design. Firstly, the use of elmwood that holds a rural and robust aesthetic. Secondly, the design is constructed out of basic, elemental shapes such as a circle and cross. The table has an open look and is structurally supported by means of beams. The table has a natural appearance due to the elm's properties.
