About the Item
Elegant, rare, and beautifully constructed dining table by Sam Forrest. A lifetime Virginian, Forrest quietly made thoughtful and considered examples of American Studio Furniture for 50 years. This unique 7 ft. dining table is of superior quality and evokes a zoomorphic form. It's also a successful example of master woodworking and design that is embued in all of Forrest's work, which rarely appears in today's market. Excellent condition.
