About the Item

Imposing castle or monastery table in solid oak with a superb top in gendarme hats composed of five keyed planks and engraved in its center with a superb Occitan cross. The base is composed of two enormous balusters connected by a lateral crosspiece. Regional work from the 17th or 18th century, it should be noted that the junction crosspieces between the top and the base have been changed to raise the table (old production mid-20th century or before) very good condition of use, many traces of time, beautiful patina, conferring authenticity and charm.
