About the Item
Found in England, from the estate of musician Nick Cave, this butterfly leaf dining table dates from the late 1950s / early 1960s. Gallery photo and width measurement of 63” in posting details is table without leaf extended. With leaf extended, this graceful rectangular table with tapered and curved legs is 93.5” wide. Our professional English cabinet maker applied and new, ebonised and lacquered finish to this table. Unknown wood type. Brass hardware. Unknown maker. Very good vintage condition with a newly applied finish.
