Vintage Mid Century Danish Am Møbler Teak Extending Dining Table
About the Item
An iconic draw leaf teak extending dining table, manufactured by the Danish brand AM Møbler (Ansager Møbler) in the 1960s.
Seats 6 when closed (145 cm) and up to 10 when extended (266 cm). The leaves extend simply by pulling out from below the main table top, to reset, the top is lifted and they slide back in underneath.
This is one of the most sought after models of extending table from the period.
Fully restored, this table is ready for another 60 years of service.

Disassembly is possible if required for transport and installation.

- Condition:Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. Excellent condition. The table has been professionally refurbished having been sanded and refinished with 5 coats of hard wax oil. The structure is solid and sturdy. There is only one historical mark on one leaf which appears part of the grain.
