About the Item

19th century Renaissance Revival carved oak dining table. Made of solid oak, heavily carved with scrolling acanthus leaves on either side of central medallion. Robust turned legs with gem and bun feet and central H-stretcher. This table has the capability to extend to 155" long. Additional leaves would need to be fabricated if interested. It also has two sets of legs that drop down from underneath the table for extra support for a very long dining table. Completely Restored. Closed measurements are 67"long x 51 1/4"deep x 31"high. It could extend to a total length of 155" long, obviously it could be smaller as well but the stretchers will allow an extension that long. When fully extended - the total additional leaf capability is 88.25" long Existing ends are 33.5" wide, when joined without leaves - 67" long The top overhang over the central base is 2.25" on either side of the table.
