About the Item

A fine American mahogany Chippendale drop-leaf table with two deep leaves, each measuring 18". The centre and both leaves are one board wide. The legs have a bead detail on outer corner and are chamfered on the inner corner. Two legs turn out to support the leaves when fully extended. The corners of the table are rounded. The table fully open measures 43 X 52.5" and can easily see eight persons.
