Hepplewhite Walnut Pembroke Drop Leaf Table with Cross X Stretchers

About the Item

A nice example of a spectacularly grained walnut drop leaf pembroke table, with adjustable support braces, pegged joinery, and tapered square legs with cross X stretchers. This American table dates to the Late 18th century or early 19th century and is in very good overall condition, with refreshed finish, minor imperfections and stains, and light wear commensurate with age and use. Dimensions: 28” H x 21 ½” W (closed) x 36 ¼” D, 44” W, open. Ref: 7664
