About the Item
The 16/45 end table strikes a balance between sleek and sturdy. Crafted from walnut, the table's lean, tapered base cradles a smoked grey glass top. Its graceful and understated form adds sophistication to any space.
The War Craft Collection was inspired by and originally made with reclaimed teak from the decommissioned USS North Carolina. Constructed in Brooklyn's Navy Yard and one of the most decorated battleships in US naval history, its sleek, uncluttered design set a new precedent for all future ships. Each piece of the War Craft Collection explores different elements of the battleship—the 16/45 End Table alludes to the colossal calibers of the shells that were onboard, visualizing the colossal scale of modern warcraft and its violent nature.
