Additional Information: Acquired for a 87m (285 ft) megayacht, the tables/stools originally furnished the vessel’s interior. The last photo presents in situ views of select interiors.
Marc Kurlander’s Adam tables are carved from marble into biomorphic forms with sculptural voids that blur the line between furniture and art. Their expressive geometry resonates with the work of Isamu Noguchi and Angelo Mangiarotti, who similarly explored organic abstraction in functional design.
