Antique French Cafe Table
About the Item
Antique French Cafe Table will make a great addition to any room, plus add a little nostalgic charm! Hand-crafted from old-growth quarter-sawn oak, it features a subtle Art Nouveau influence in the styling, with distinctive supports both lateral and in line, including the scrolled leg structures below, which support the turned legs and are connected with a brass rod that doubles as a foot rest. Note the solid plank top with finely beveled edge and the care taken in assembly which reflects on a bygone era of hand-craftsmanship. Popular in cafes for well over a century, the design is light and airy, and perfect for having a quick cup of coffee and a baguette or croissant!
