About the Item

This statement-making table beckons a cocktail-party! An original from the Thomas Pheasant Collection for Baker, this accent table is no longer made. So it's a rare find today. It's in excellent condition: structurally very sound, with a spotless and rich Tiger-Eye pattern and a high-gloss MCM glam polish. The four lionhead adornments on the table legs are made of a deeper burnished brass finish, which represents a subtle and refined design decision in its lack of contrast to the aubergine color of the table. This tBaker table is in incredible condition for its age and its high-gloss finish. There is one very small nick on one side that is very easily overlooked. Though belonging to a decidedly mid-century vernacular, I'd say the sophisticated and simple lines of this piece blends easily within a variety of interior styles.
