Mid-Century Cube End Table in Birch Burl & Chromed Metal, Italy, 1970s
About the Item
Small cube to be used as a pedestal or as a support table near a seat.
His dating is unmistakable, since manifesto of that 70s taste that brought back the use of the burl by combining it with sparkling materials such as steel or brass.
The smooth surface in birch root is interrupted by transversal chromed metal stripes that give life to a geometric decoration.
Subjected to a restoration intervention, the article is in very good condition; It will be a pleasure to be able to caress the very limited texture of the root interspersed with cold metal parts.
