About the Item
Mid 20th Century mahogany side or end table. Features a traditional Sheraton style form with a serpentine tooled leather top. The table has one drawer with bale hardware and a lower drawer. Supported by square tapered legs with spade feet. The table is marked Genuine Mahogany from the Mahogany Association. The Mahogany Association was instituted to ensure quality control over solid wood furniture. Most of the companies were based around Grand Rapids, Michigan. This table is attributed to Mersman.
