Vintage coffee table made of cobalt porcelain in rococo style.

Hand-painted floral decoration in cobalt blue and gold against a white background.
Porcelain painted with cobalt paint is distinguished by a rich blue color. To create this color, cobalt salts are used. The founders of cobalt porcelain are considered to be the Chinese.
It should be added that the skill itself is not so much in the development of cobalt porcelain, namely in the art of its application, cobalt paint itself - black, blue becomes when firing, and, applying raw cobalt so that the output comes the necessary shade - this is the real skill.
Gentle and cold painting of this table will make the interior softer and richer, because it is so reminiscent of the luxury of ancient halls, where intellectual evenings, salons and balls were held.
The quality is outstanding, this is beautifully made, with amazing details throughout. The hand painted Kobalt blue and gold patterns are absolutely gorgeous and are finely executed.
