Antique 18th Century Pine Trestle Table
About the Item
A very handsome and minimal 18th century American trestle table.
Perfect for a work table, desk, hall table, console or would also make a great library table to pile your books on.
Made completely from pine, the two board top especially old growth. Sometime about twenty five years ago there were four reinforcement brackets attached and several of the wooden pins replaced.
This table is sturdy and full of character. Being made from pine It's extremely lightweight and easy to move.
The attenuation makes the piece feel light and airy, not heavy and overbearing.
As modern in feel as old-world in reality.
