About the Item
This extendable Swiss farm dining table of the 18th century is made of massive walnut. The center of the table has a large slate slap (perfect for hot pots). This is a typical detail of a Swiss rustic table of the 17th and 18th century. As a special feature this table is extendable. You can easily fit ca 8-10 people around this table, it has a length of ca 74.40 inches (189 cm) when it is extended. The walnut has a pretty wood grain. The table's base features four curved legs with carved decor. It has one drawer in the apron. The table is in very good condition. The surface has been carefully refinished with a matte wax finish. The table ships from Germany and includes shipping costs and duty to Boston.
