Fine Tavern/ Farm Table from Antique Wood
About the Item
A very fine recreated Tavern table constructed from antique wood. With a two panel overhanging breadboard top. The table has a carved apron on all sides with shaped elements. Raised on heavy square and turned legs with mortise and tenon construction. Flat stretchers on all sides. Heavily worn condition.
Measures: Length 74 3/4", depth 26 1/2", height 31 1/2"
Condition: Old gouges, scratches, burn marks and stains on the top with some chips to the edges and a corner loss, worn stretchers, one lower leg repaired, some stable cracks on the apron (please see photos). The aforementioned is for accuracy, the table presents very well and stands solidly.
