About the Item
This table is seen here in 112" x 42" with two 15" extensions, expanding the table to 142". It can be built with or without extension leaves.
We use hand selected, vintage heart pine that has naturally matured for a great authentic patina.
Because each table is bench-made in our own Los Angeles workshop you can influence all aspects of design, including size, wood species and finish. We use only traditional carpentry techniques, no nails or metal fasteners of any kind. Just mortise and tenon construction reinforced with hand-cut wooden dowels.

Petersen Antiques
Established in 1989 and a 1stdibs dealer since 2005, Petersen Antiques is a beautiful mixture of antique and custom-made furniture, art, and tapestries. Today, their Los Angeles workshop has a large collection of antique furniture from all around the world and is the home of their made-to-order workshop where they have a specialist team hand-build custom furniture using only the highest quality material and traditional carpentry.
