About the Item

A Vintage Brandt Mahogany Game Table featuring a beautifully shaped top with fine quality mahogany grain and a banded herringbone inlaid edge. Designed after an antique original this Vintage Brandt Mahogany Game Table was produced in the middle part of the 20th Century and has all of the features that made the antique ones so desirable, including pull out back leg to support the top when opened, original, high quality brass hinges and pin stripe inlay on the front legs. With the top opened and resting on the double gate legs a large gaming or eating surface can be created. Superior quality when first produced this fine table has withstood the test of time and still features what appears to be its’ original finish on the legs and frame and top. As with all antique and used pieces of furniture there will be some small signs of wear and tear but overall this Vintage Brandt Mahogany Game Table is in excellent condition.
