American Neoclassical Mahogany Work Table with Brass Casters, Phyfe, Circa 1815

About the Item

American neoclassical mahogany hinged two-drawer work table with canted corners, original lion head brasses, fitted interior compartments, diamond escutcheon, turned bulbous ringed pedestal, and terminating on acanthus carved reeded saber legs with the original brass casters. Attributed to Duncan Phyfe, N.Y. Early 19th century.
