Regency Mahogany Sewing Table

About the Item

Here we have a Regency (1811-1830) mahogany sewing table. Featuring two drawers to the frieze, one either side and a fabric lined basket, which also slides open. The base, with gadrooned edges, has 4 shaped splayed legs each with brass lion claw feet and casters. The sides are extendable and the wooden carved supports open outwards underneath to support these.
