Isocele nesting tables by Max Sauze, France 1970s

About the Item

Set of three nesting tables. Model "Isocele" designed by Max Sauze for Arrow in the 1970s. Made from steel wire with a glass top. The small glass top has some chips of one corner. This has been sanded with very fine sandpaper to make it smooth and dull the edges. The set contains one black and two white tables. Overall in good used condition with some wear consistent with age and use. They measure from small to large: W. 31/38/45cm D. 31/38/45cm H. 30/36/40cm

Ceramic mid century table lamp with a plexiglass diffusor and fabric shade. Most likely designed by Bjorn Wiinblad in the 1960s. The lamp is marked with the manufacturer stamp of Rosenthal. It is part of the "Studio line" series which included vases, pots, lamps, tableware etc. The measurements including the shade are: H. 44cm, ø. 27cm The base measures: H. 30cm, ø. 21cm Bjørn Wiinblad (20 September 1919 – 8 June 2006), was a Danish painter, designer and artist in ceramics, silver, bronze, textiles, and graphics.
