About the Item

Rare and important set of half round nesting tables designed by Friedrich Wilheim Moller for Ronald Schmitt Tische, made in Germany, circa 1970s. This set consists of two D shaped tables one larger (29 1/8 W x 17.25 H x 18 D inch) and one smaller ( 28 W x 15.75 H x 16 D inch) which nest, both retain their original Ronald Schmitt Tische table. Modernist, International, Bauhaus Style design, top quality construction, original condition. Both tables show wear to the stainless steel finish, the larger table shows minor flakes to the glass top surface, see images. Polished stainless steel frames, tinted plate glass tops (.25 inch).
