About the Item
Rare and important set of half round nesting tables designed by Friedrich Wilheim Moller for Ronald Schmitt Tische, made in Germany, circa 1970s. This set consists of two D shaped tables one larger (29 1/8 W x 17.25 H x 18 D inch) and one smaller
( 28 W x 15.75 H x 16 D inch) which nest, both retain their original Ronald Schmitt Tische table. Modernist, International, Bauhaus Style design, top quality construction, original condition. Both tables show wear to the stainless steel finish, the larger table shows minor flakes to the glass top surface, see images. Polished stainless steel frames, tinted plate glass tops (.25 inch).

Rare set of nesting tables designed by Paul McCobb for Winchendon Furniture. The rectangular tables nest, for easy storage and display. Both tables are selling in as is, as found condition, both show significant cosmetic wear, and will need to be refinished, the smaller table is missing the screw in end cap feet, please see images. Although the tables need some restoration, they are an unusual and hard to find form, and will clean up nicely as the tops are solid wood, and the wrought iron frames can easily be repainted.
