About the Item
Handcrafted with skill and precision by artisans in Essaouira in the 70's. This vintage piece is as much a jewel of Moroccan craftsmanship as it is an ode to the art deco style.
The thuya burl wood's unique grain and natural rich tones are expertly highlighted by the intricate arrangement of the checkered patterns on each side of the pedestal.
The object is in good condition but shows slight signs of wear and discolouration at the base.
