An impressive columnar plinth in mahogany and forged iron by Michel Zadounaïsky (1903-1983). Featuring a cylinder of solid carved timber held within the ironwork stand, decorated with Zadounaïsky’s signature hammered finish - stamped to the base. French, c. 1930.
