About the Item

A wonderful pair of 19th Century Italian Octagonal Pedestal Cabinets. Painted in faux bois set in ebonised panels. The tops and bases painted with faux marble decoration. Cupboard doors fitted with cast bronze hand and bamboo handles. Would work very well as bedside tables or pedestals for sculpture. In lovely original condition. Solid construction with old knocks, scratches and splits commensurate with age.
