17th Century Gothic Carved Oak Green Man Buffet, Serving Table

17th century gothic carved oak green man buffet, serving table This is an elegant example of furniture carved in the Gothic style of Green Man Oak, which has an elaborate decorative carved apron with 3 unusual faces carved on the front The dresser has a long drawer concealed in the upper mouldings and a planked serving table at the top, it has a lower tier and crisply carved columns standing on a chunky carved plinth at the base which has superbly carved panels at the back. This is a superb early piece of Green Man Oak it is in fine condition appropriate to its age The buffet stands 42.5” high, 51” wide and it 22” deep WD93.
