Sewing table/sewing cart, Denmark from the 1960s, teak/rosewood. Frame with solid wood legs, chipboard veneered surfaces. Drawer and a pull-out wicker basket.
Beautiful piece of furniture from Denmark from the 1960s with solid elements and casters, beautiful wood grain.
Unfortunately, the surfaces show clear signs of wear and have been partially refinished: The chipboard underneath the veneer has probably become damp and swollen in some places, causing the veneer to curl and be pushed upwards – see detailed photos. The two front corners have been refinished with wood putty and stain. Otherwise, in good original condition.
