18th Century George III Period Mahogany Demi Lune Games Table

About the Item

A fine example of a late 18th century mahogany Georgian demi-lune fold-over games card table with satinwood string inlay. The double hinged surface panel opening to reveal a green woven fabric playing surface lining which has been professionally re-done. The fluted frieze, raised on 4 square elegant tapered legs. The dimensions are: Height: 73.5cm (28.9in) Width: 83cm (32.7in) Depth: 41cm (16.1in)
