1920s Swedish Grace Period Side Table

About the Item

The fine oak rectangular top with rounded corners supported at each end by slender baluster shaped turnings joined by stretcher at base with brass clad feet and stretcher having original patina, the wooden surfaces with a cerused finish. This design custom made in the workshops of Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) whose manufacturing company collaborated with famous designers and architects in their workshops in St. Petersburg, Stockholm and Gothenburg under the supervision of Axel Einar Hjorth. Three are available and can be sold separately.
