Art Deco Stone, Chrome, & Glass Swan Form Side Table Made in Italy 1970s
About the Item
This fantastic side table was made in italy in the 1970s and likely imported shortly thereafter. Purchased out of a Long Island home, it sat among many other tasteful designs from this era. This piece is extremely high-quality, precisely carved of solid stone. Its beak is made of chromed steel, and each surface that touches the glass has a protective rubber lining that also prevents slipping. This, combined with the 3/4 inch thick glass, makes for a very heavy and sturdy table that will refuse to tip over or fall.
Unlike others, our example has no chips or blemishes to the glass, and features virtually no discoloration or yellowing. You will be very pleased with the condition, functionality, and quality of this handsome side table in your modern home!
