The Atlas table consists of a 1 1/4” thick chamfered stone top resting on a delicately trellised solid brass base with hardwood feet. The table is available as a smaller side table (16" diameter x 18" high) or a larger end table (20" diameter x 22" high).
Select from Venato or Nero marble for table top. Stone is a natural material with inherent variation in color and veining - each piece is unique. Custom tops and metal finishes are available through the studio only.

AVRAM RUSU STUDIO
Avram Rusu Studio is a multidisciplinary design studio known for distinctly sculptural work. Founded by architect Andreea Avram Rusu in 2004, the Brooklyn based company specializes in finely crafted and beautifully detailed products made in the US. The studio works closely with many New York based artists and artisans including glass blowers, ceramic artists, metal workers, machinists, finishers and wood workers. All pieces are designed, and prototyped in the Avram Rusu Brooklyn studio.

Lunar collection of table furniture takes the sheer glamour of stone into yet another galaxy. Following the design language of Solaris, they take inspiration from the planets and their orbital movements, featuring highly-figured, richly-coloured marbles set, like precious jewels, within brass rims.
Discs echoing planetary forms are bisected or overlaid to create surface patterns and structural elements, forming dynamically-poised bases and tops.
Please note that no two marbles are alike and there will be variations in the pattern as well as in the colour of the pieces.
The table has three slightly visible solder joints on the metal rim. There are also two visible screws on the half disc that supports the large marble disk. Please note that these is not an imperfections, but they are integral part of the piece.
Each piece of furniture is individually numbered and comes with a signed Certificate of authenticity to prove that it is Bohinc Studio...
