A Burr Elm Tilt Top Table

About the Item

An extremely pretty burr elm tilt-top occasional table with distinctive grain patterns and a wonderfully rich colour. A useful size, being a generous enough to fit a lamp, books and photograph frames, but small enough to sit beside a sofa or bed or in the corner of a room. There is wear and tear consistent with its age, but not a single water mark stain.850 England, Late 1700s
