About the Item

A very nice New England Cherry and Pine 19th century tavern or side table with a detachable dovetailed top. The top is held in place with four pegs through the apron. Very nice color and patina on an old refinished surface. Old repairs to the drawer face. Drawer pull appears to be original to the piece. Tapered turned legs ending in nicely carved pads. Pegs are not original to the piece.
