The Cylindrical Side Table, an original design offered exclusively by Vermontica, is a contemporary Minimalist blackened steel and wood side Table designed and produced in Vermont by Scott Gordon. The base is cut from a 1/4" x 18" diameter curved steel and has an overall height of 20". Shown with a sycamore top with a hand applied satin finish. Inquire about other hardwoods and finishes options.
Metal base also available in satin nickle for an additional charge. Please ask for quote. Samples shown.

Vermontica
I began my career in Seattle with the David Gulassa Company where we designed and built furniture, lighting and architectural fixtures for the luxury market. The company worked with architects and designers such as Tom Kundig, Charles Gwathmey, Terry Hunziker, and had showroom representation with Dennis Miller and Profiles in NY, Thomas Lavin in LA, and Sloan Miyasato in San Francisco. Much of my current work is minimalist in style and has been influenced and inspired by Carlo Scarpa, Donald Judd, Louis Kahn. Of course, there are others. I prefer working with steel and continually seek new ways to use the material whether involving a modern, industrial approach, or using more primitive methods. Vermontica is furniture, decorative objects, art, and architectural fixtures and is based in Sharon, Vermont. We have been offering our unique designs for over 10 years and have been featured in many design publications including the NY Times. This is our debut on 1st Dibs. We are a small company who works closely with designers and architects and offer many custom options to our product line. If you wish to customize anything, please don't hesitate to ask.
