The new owner who is acquiring the object from barh, or the intermediate selling party, has the assurance that barh will only produce a maximum of 8 numbered pieces of this particular object in this specific setting (combination of used materials, dimensions, functionality and design). Whether or not the total maximum of 8 pieces is produced and commercialised is at barh’s discretion only, just as the when and how.
