About the Item
A French carved wood side table, with single drawer and scalloped skirt, from the early 19th century. This antique table from France has a nearly-square shaped top which overhangs the apron below that is adorn with a scallop carved skirt on all four sides (making for a great option to float within a room). The apron houses a small drawer along one side, which is fitted with an oval bail pull. The table is presented upon four slender and shapely legs that taper gently towards their feet. This wood has a wonderfully aged patina. This charming early 19th century French accent or side table has peg construction- and is a well-made piece!
