Early 20th Century French Louis XVI Style Walnut Marquetry Side Table, End Table
About the Item
This early 20th century French Louis XVI style walnut marquetry oval side table features a sunburst top with a central medallion of lemon wood and sycamore. A double inset border of finely inlaid lemonwood additionally details the top. The table rests on tapered square legs joined by a curved X stretcher. Fine lines of lemon wood inlay create additional inset borders on the apron, legs, and stretcher. A handsome side table, circa 1930.
