Stunning slab of Burl Elm from Brighton England is supported by textured forged solid steel legs and a small oval shelf. Designed in collaboration with James Morris of Sculpsteel who has established himself as an extraordinary talent in architectural and decorative metal work for many of the worlds great interiors. This is part of a set of three pieces, each one unique and a playful expression in material and form. The solid elm burl slab has been flattened by hand with the raw edge left displaying the fantastic natural beauty of this rare piece of English wood. A one of a kind statement piece idea for a contemporary living room or study.
