French Louis XVI Style Occasional Table
About the Item
The frame of this oval table is veneered in various exotic woods, kingwood, amaranth, tulipwood. There is one drawer below a galleried brocaatel marble top. The table sits on four tapered straight legs with gilded metal mounts at the top and brass sabots on the bottom. This example is a fairly large model for this style of French occasional table. French, circa 1910.
