A low table with a strongly decorative character, this unique piece features a finely crafted bronze base decorated with a brutalist but also floral motif, with a base with solid roots and fine bronze stems supporting an intricate weave of branches on which a glass top rests naturally, like sky among the tree foliage. An exceptionally beautiful piece that reflects the out-of-the-ordinary skills of sculptor Giovanni Ferrabini and his tendency to bring material alive in a unique way. From a private collection.
