About the Item
For your consideration is this all-original, post-modern, 1980s side table by architect/designer James Rosen for Pace Collection. It features a rectilinear black-finished steel frame base with patinated copper sabots and an interior copper pipe coil. The original glass top is 3/4" thick with a frosted underside and four clear squares where the vertical elements of the base are centered. The glass picks up the green tones of the patinated sabots, and the copper coil juxtaposes nicely with black rectilinear form of the base's frame. This is a nicely detailed, well constructed table that is functional, stylish, and sturdy.
